In this tutorial, you will learn how to replace the shift boot in the KIA Forte, a very simple and quick operation. First, enter the cabin, then pry along the base of the boot to separate it from the center console.

Next, turn the boot inside out, locate the central plastic ring, and using a flathead screwdriver, disengage it. At this point, grasp the knob, twist it firmly, and separate it from the shaft. Finally, position the replacement and follow the exact reverse procedure to reassemble everything.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space.
