This video shows the procedure to adjust the handbrake on a Kia Picanto. First, remove the cover located in the cup holder of the centre console, behind the handbrake. Once the cover is removed, take out the bolt using the appropriate spanner. After removing the bolt, lift the plastic cover just enough to access the handbrake cable with a spanner. At this point, use the spanner to adjust the handbrake until it is correctly set.
