Resetting the service light on the Kia Sportage.

Model: Kia Sportage QL, MK 4 - Years 2016-2022

When we approach the expected mileage for the oil change of the Kia Sportage, a warning appears on the instrument panel. Once the replacement has been carried out, we must reset the control system. Sitting in the driver's seat, we turn on the instrument panel, using the "menu" button located on the right side of the steering wheel, we select settings on the central display. Moving with the arrow keys, we select "maintenance interval" and confirm with "ok", within this menu we select the mileage and set the desired distance, confirming the two subsequent screens.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
