To correctly replace the battery inside your Kia Sorento Mk4 key, you will need two small screwdrivers (one flat and one cross-head) and, of course, a new button battery model ECR 2032. First, press the metal button located on the remote cover to release the emergency key, then remove the cover using the flat screwdriver.

Once done, unscrew the battery holder screws with the cross-head screwdriver and proceed to replace the old battery with the new one.
