In this video, you can see how to reset the multimedia screen of a Kia vehicle, whether it is the 8" screen or the 12.3" one. As with any computer, when an error occurs, a reset may be needed. Now, using the Kia pen, go near the volume knob, where you will find the tiny reset button, which can be accessed using the pen. Press it for about 10 seconds, and you will see a timer on the dedicated application on your smartphone.

This system does not delete anything; it simply performs a hard reset. On the 8" screen, the reset button is not in the same place; it is located on the side, above the tuning knob, but the system will be exactly the same.

This will be enough to restore everything to normal.

Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
