In this guide, you will learn how to remove and replace the brake and clutch levers on a KTM XC 250. First, remove the protective rubber from the lever and unscrew the anchoring screw of the lever; then remove it and replace it with the new one, transferring the spring inside it. At this point, insert the lever and screw in the bolt (not too tight as you risk stripping the thread!); then refit the lever protection and check the clutch play: if necessary, adjust it using the adjuster!
