Start the engine for a few minutes to warm the oil, making it less viscous and facilitating drainage. Unscrew the bolt that acts as a plug for the lower drain hole and collect the used oil in a container (dispose of it properly). While the lubricant drains, unscrew the oil filter and check its condition: if it is slightly dirty, just clean it; otherwise, replace it (if replacing, remember to lubricate the O-ring of the new filter, using old oil is fine as long as it is not dry). Close the lower hole, measure the amount of oil drained, and refill the same amount through the upper fill hole.
