Let’s see how to perform routine maintenance by changing the engine oil and oil filter on a 2021 KTM EXC-F 500 enduro bike. First, remove the lower engine guard by unscrewing the fastening screws; then remove the oil drain bolt located under the engine using a socket spanner. Next, unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover found on the left; then remove the filter and replace it with the correct new one. Finally, pour the new oil into the crankcase, filling it to the correct level!
