Today, we will see, in this video tutorial, how to install the clutch discs and bell on a KTM EXC 525, following the instructions below. First, clean all the gears of the transmission thoroughly; then mount the clutch bell and subsequently the basket, as illustrated in the video. At this point, insert the clutch discs, alternating the cork disc with the metal one; finally, fit the clutch retaining disc, tightening the nuts correctly in a cross pattern. Now, refit the clutch cover!
