To remove the forks from the KTM EXC 250, loosen the bolts securing them from the top: these bolts are located just below the handlebars. Once these bolts are removed, you can unscrew the bolts at the bottom that secure the forks to the corresponding wheel. After the wheel is removed, you can completely take out the old forks and replace them with new ones: before inserting the new forks, adjust their springs and lubricate them internally with the appropriate oil.
