To replace the clutch on the KTM LC4 640 SM, first loosen the bolts securing the engine guard plate at the bottom of the bike. Once this plate is removed, you can loosen the screws securing the cover on the left side of the bike, accessing the components inside. Here, you can loosen the screws securing the clutch discs, allowing the clutch to be completely removed from its housing. After removal, insert the new clutch and reassemble the cover and engine guard plate.
