To replace the rear shock absorber on the KTM XC 250, you need to unscrew the bolts that secure it in its housing: these bolts are located at the bottom near the swingarm and at the top just below the mudguard. Once all these bolts have been loosened, you can extract the old shock absorber by sliding it out from the bottom of the swingarm: this way, you can insert the new shock absorber, securing it with the appropriate bolts at both the top and bottom, ensuring it functions correctly.
