As shown in this tutorial, changing the engine oil in the KTM RC8 is an extremely simple and quick task. First, wait for the engine to cool down sufficiently, then position a container underneath and remove the lower fairing using a 3 mm and a 4 mm hex key. Next, unscrew the two drain bolts with a 13 mm socket, open the filter housing, and allow all the oil in the system to drain out. At this point, insert the replacement filter, reassemble everything, and pour in the new oil through the designated hole.
