The procedure for changing the engine oil on the KTM SXF 250 involves loosening the drain plug of the oil sump, located at the central lower part of the bike: once the plug has been removed, you can collect the used oil in a suitably positioned container. After the oil has completely drained out, you can remove the oil filter from the lower left side of the bike and replace it with a new one. After replacing, you can top up by pouring oil through the breather on the right side of the bike.
