In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the front brake pads on the KTM RC 200, a very simple and quick operation. First, position yourself in front of the brake in question, then loosen the pin with a Torx key and, using a 12mm socket, unscrew the two bolts securing the caliper.

Next, separate the caliper from the disc, extract the pin, remove the old pads, and clean any dirt residue. At this point, simply insert the replacements and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
