In order to replace the battery of the KTM XCF 450, you need to loosen the screws that secure the seat of the motorcycle to its housing: once these screws have all been loosened, you can proceed by removing the seat from its housing. This way you will have access to the components below and the battery can be located: you can then loosen the screws that secure it to its seat, also disconnecting the power cables connected to it. This way you can remove the battery from its seat, inserting the new one and all the removed parts.
