To replace the radiator on the KTM Super Duke 1290 R, start by loosening the screws that secure the side fairing panels located just below the fuel tank. Once these panels are removed, proceed to loosen the screws that hold the radiator in its housing at the front of the bike, disconnecting the relevant hoses and connectors as well.

At this point, slide the radiator out of its position to insert the new one. The new radiator must be properly secured and connected.
