This guide explains how to remove and replace the spark plug of the Kymco Xciting 400S scooter, as well as the 400I. First, remove the left side panel of the scooter by unscrewing all the securing screws; then use a spark plug socket to unscrew and remove the spark plug after disconnecting the cap or connector. Now replace the old spark plug with a new one of the correct type (with the same heat rating); start by hand-tightening it before securing it with a socket!
