In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the front headlight bulbs on the KYMCO Super Z 150i scooter, a very simple and quick operation. To do this, you will need a set of screwdrivers, a socket set, and of course, the correct replacement parts.

First, unscrew the screws located at the bottom of the handlebar, then remove the front cover and take out the fixing bolts of the headlight assembly. Slightly move the assembly, disconnect the connectors, and remove the rubber caps.

At this point, you can unlock the metal clips, remove the old bulbs, and install the replacements.
