In this short and simple guide we will see the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the front windshield of the Kymco Xciting S 400i scooter, by following these simple steps. First of all we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the windshield plastics; then we unscrew the screws that we find below to remove the entire windshield, as illustrated in the video. At this point let's install the new accessory, of the right type; let's fix it correctly with the appropriate nuts and bolts, following the video tutorial until the end for reassembly!

How do you replace the instrument cluster on the BMW R 1200 GS?

In order to replace the instrument panel of the BMW R 1200 GS you have to unscrew the screws that secure the windshield, removing it completely; at this point, the three seeger rings that secure the instrument panel to the frame must be removed. At this point it will be possible to remove the instrument panel from inside its housing by disconnecting the connector at the rear. At this point it will be possible to unscrew the screws that secure the rear part of the instrumentation, removing the old dials and the display. In this way it will be possible to insert the new ones, reinstalling all the instruments.
