In order to replace the rear brake pads of the Kymco AK 550, you need to loosen the screws that secure the brake caliper to its housing, so that you can proceed by detaching the caliper: when the latter can now be removed from its seat so that the pads inside can be removed. At this point, it will be possible to insert the new replacement pads, so that they are secured with the appropriate pin previously removed; finally, the caliper can be repositioned on the disc, securing it with the appropriate screws previously removed.
