How to Replace the Wiper Linkage on a Lancia Ypsilon

To replace the window lift switch, first remove the bonnet by unscrewing the securing screws, then disassemble the lower part where the window motor is located, as shown in the reference video. At this point, you can remove the motor. Detach the wiper arms, pull up the engine cover seal, unscrew the two screws securing the plastic cover, and remove it. Remove the two 10 mm bolts and take off the motor. The reference video also shows how to repair the motor if the fault is not severe; in this case, we simply added a screw. Reassemble the motor as shown during removal and replace the window lift switch. This operation is very simple; just use a flathead screwdriver to pry and remove the switch, disconnect the connector, and replace the switch with a new one.
