Removal of the Radio and Underpanel

Model: Lexus RX Xu10, MK 1 - Years 1997-2003

First, raise the steering wheel to create more space. Then lower the gear lever for the same reason. Gently lift and remove the gear surround. Next, carefully remove the underpanel of the radio. If you want to work more easily, you can disconnect the connectors; otherwise, just move it aside so it doesn't obstruct. Using an Allen key, unscrew the two screws under the radio and remove it, being careful of the two clips at the top. Carefully pull everything out and disconnect the connectors.
