How to Reset the Oil Life on a Lincoln MKS

In this video tutorial, you will see how to reset the oil life service indicator on a Lincoln MKS. First, perform maintenance on the vehicle, such as changing the engine oil and filters. Enter the vehicle and close all doors, including the trunk and hood, as the procedure may not work otherwise. Engage the parking brake, press the start button to turn on the instrument panel; press the button to scroll through the SETTINGS menu and select SETTINGS, then press OK to confirm. Now "Vehicle settings" will appear, select the VEHICLE option, scroll with the arrow key to select "Oil life reset," then select "Set to 100%" and confirm with the OK button. Reset completed.
