To replace the timing chain on the LML Star 200, completely dismantle the engine block to extract it from its housing. Once the engine is removed, unscrew the bolts securing the left-hand side cover to access the sprocket and other gears. By loosening the nuts that hold the gears, you can slide the chain out of its housing and replace it with a new spare part. After the replacement, reassemble all the parts that were previously removed.

How to Replace the Throttle Valve on the GasGas EC 300?

To replace the throttle valve on the GasGas EC 300, remove the entire throttle body from its housing. This is connected between the cylinder and the intake manifold. Once the throttle body is removed by loosening the screws and disconnecting all connectors, proceed to detach the connectors attached to it. Then, the valve can be removed from inside the throttle body and the new one can be inserted. Finally, reassemble everything and check its operation.
