Repair a Bumper Dent Without Replacing It on a Mahindra E2o

Indian body shops specialize in these jobs where they prefer to repair rather than replace entire parts. Here, there were two small dents on the front and rear bumpers of this Mahindra E2o. Since the body is made of plastic, they applied special mesh to hold the two pieces that had been damaged together. Then they welded the two pieces to each other. They filled the dents and then used sandpaper to perfectly smooth the surfaces. The next step was masking the vehicle: Since it is a pearlescent white color, they had to apply three coats of paint over the entire piece to avoid visible differences. A good polish completed the job, and the vehicle returned to perfect condition.
