Removing and Replacing Key Battery on Mazda CX-3

Model: Mazda Cx 3 MK 1 - Years 2015-2023

Insert a small flat screwdriver into the side slot of the remote and pry all around until you remove the small cover of the casing. At this point, you will see another small round cover: underneath it is the battery. To remove it, use the small flat screwdriver again and pry once more. Voila! Here is the exhausted small battery. Remove it and insert the new one. Refit the round cover and then the initially removed cover, fully reassembling the remote. Check the correct operation of the remote.
