Replacing Window Regulator Motor on Mazda MX-5

As shown in the video, start by removing the door panel and then take out all the small screw covers and unscrew all the screws that secure it to the bodywork. Be careful as there is also a screw, and thus a cover, near the opening handle.

At this point, you can manually remove the panel, but if you struggle, use a plastic trim tool to help. Now remove the inner cover and unscrew the screws that secure the window motor protection.

Once here, loosen the inner panel and slide the window glass out, then unscrew the various bolts securing the motor and disconnect the wiring.
