Before you can start, open the front bonnet of your Mazda CX7. Begin by unscrewing the screws that secure the support brackets of the diesel filter. Next, unclip the clamps that secure the hoses to the diesel filter, then disconnect the hoses themselves. This will free the diesel filter. At this point, extract the diesel filter from its housing, and you will have successfully completed the disassembly. To fit the new filter, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
