Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Mazda 6 GG, MK 1 - Years 2002-2008
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment: open the glove compartment door, disengage the end stop cable, and press the sides of the door to fully swing it down. At this point, you can access the cabin air filter container: disengage the cap, remove the old filter, and insert the new one following the airflow direction; reposition the cap and return the glove compartment door to its position. After installation, it is recommended to sanitise the cabin with a suitable spray.
