Replacement of Cabin Air Filter

Model: Mazda 6 GH, MK 2 - Years 2008-2012
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment: open the glove box door and, by pressing on the sides, push in the end stops and fold it completely down. In front is the cabin air filter housing: remove the protective cap, extract the filter, clean the housing of any debris (leaves, pine needles) using a vacuum cleaner, and insert the new filter, ensuring the correct airflow direction. Finally, reapply the cap and push the end stops of the glove box door back in.
