Mazda 6 - Video tutorial

Model: Mazda 6 MK 1, GG - Years 2002-2008
Part: Wheel
Operation: How to remove and refit the rear wheel support plates

To remove and refit the rear wheel support plates, the car must first be raised on the bridge. Then, with a 12 mm socket we will proceed to unscrew the bolts that hold the wheel fixed in order to pull it away. Subsequently we will extract the apparatus that supports the plate, unscrewing the relative bolts. Then we can remove the first plate by unscrewing the bolts with a special wrench. Then, with a 35 mm socket, we will remove the other bolt that precedes the second plate. Then we will proceed to unscrew all the smaller screws to take it off. To reinstall everything, simply carry out all the operations listed above in reverse, making sure to thoroughly clean all the parts and lubricate them.

How to activate the cruise control of the Nissan Qashqai

Let's see how the cruise control is activated on the Nissan Qashqai: you have to activate it by putting the cruise control switch to "on", then, using only the right spoke of the steering wheel, press the "set-" button, then the "res +" button also on the right spoke of the steering wheel and the cruise control indicator lights up on the car's instrument panel display. If the brake pedal is pressed while the cruise control is in operation or if the "cancel" button on the right spoke of the steering wheel is pressed, the cruise control will automatically deactivate and the cruise control indicator on the instrument panel will go out.
