If the smart key of your Volkswagen Polo has stopped working and you are unable to open the car door then you just have to put into practice the instructions described in the following mini guide. First take your key, press the metal button located at the top and take out the physical emergency key. Immediately after, go to the door handle, pull it with your hand and at the same time remove the plastic side part. Once this is done, insert the key into the key slot and turn it to unlock the door.
