How do you replace the external rearview mirror of the Mercedes A-Class?

Model: Mercedes Classe A W169 - Years 2004-2012

To remove the external rearview mirror of the Mercedes A-Class, you need to pry with an object and detach the small triangular panel located at the inner part of the mirror: once this panel is removed, it will be possible to loosen the screws underneath and disconnect the connector that is attached to the mirror itself. Once these components have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new mirror: it will need to be secured with the appropriate screws and connect its connector, then covering everything with the corresponding panel.
