How to Replace the Cabin Fan in the Mercedes A-Class

The cabin fan responsible for circulating air through the vents may get stuck due to excessive debris buildup on the fan blades. Before considering a complete replacement, remove the fan for inspection to determine if it is actually blocked or if the motor is damaged. To access the fan, remove the glove compartment on the passenger side, then disconnect the motor's power connector and remove the screws securing the fan flange. A cleaning and lubrication may allow it to function again.
