Detailed instructions - Today we will explain a hidden function of the on-board computer of the Mercedes GLB, in fact, through the electronic oil level control function, we can know the exact amount of engine oil present in the tank. To check the oil level, we need to turn on the instrument panel and from the menu, select the "maintenance" option; from the maintenance menu, scroll to the "oil level" option. A hourglass with several notches divided into maximum and minimum will be displayed on the screen. If the oil level is perfectly balanced between maximum and minimum, no maintenance is necessary, if instead the oil level approaches the minimum notch it is good to top up the oil in the tank.
