The Service indicator that appears on the instrument panel of the Mercedes C-Class can be reset by navigating through the menu that appears on the instrument panel by pressing the buttons located on the left side of the steering wheel. Once the option with the remaining kilometers to the next maintenance is found, the buttons on the bottom of the left side of the steering wheel and the top of the right side must be held down. This way, the Service indicator will turn off completely and it will be possible to turn off the instrument panel by turning the key. It will also be possible to verify that the reset has been done correctly by turning on the instrument panel again with the key.
