How do you reset the Service indicator light on the Mercedes V-Class?

To make the Service light on the Mercedes V-Class disappear, you will first need to insert the ignition key to turn on the instrument panel: once this has been turned on, you can press and hold the OK button and the one to answer calls. You will have access to the menu from which you can select the "ASSYST PLUS" option: then you will need to select the "Full service" and "Confirm Service" options. A confirmation message will now appear, to which you will need to respond with "Yes" to make the light disappear, turning off the instrument panel completely.
