In this guide, we will see the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the intercooler radiator of the Mercedes Class M 320 CDI. First, we open the hood of the car and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the intercooler brackets that we find on the side; then we disconnect the various connecting pipes and rubber supports, as shown in the video. At this point, we replace and install the new intercooler, fixing it correctly and connecting the inlet and outlet air pipes (also replacing the rubber supports if worn).
