Removing the Radiator on a Mercedes ML

To remove the radiator on a Mercedes ML along with its components, follow these steps. Lift the front bonnet, and using a suitable socket spanner, remove the plastic covers above the bumper. Unscrew the screws that secure the radiator at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and loosen the hose clamp of the water pipe. Disconnect the various hoses of the cooling system with pliers. Once free from screws and pipes, you can extract the fan assembly and then the radiator from the engine bay. Refit the cooling fans, clamps, pins, and various pipes. Tighten the plastics and front grille securely with a socket spanner. Top up with new coolant. Test the operation.
