Radiator Disassembly Instructions

Disassembling the radiator is not a straightforward task as there are many components to remove to reach the radiator itself; start by allowing the engine to cool and draining the coolant through the drain plug located under the radiator; continue by removing the trim under the headlights to then remove the headlights themselves and the slam panel; at this point, remove the air conditioning condenser located directly in front of the radiator, the cooling fan, and the associated duct; finally, disconnect the connectors and hoses to free the radiator and extract it.
