Replacing the Front Headlight on Mercedes M-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe M W164 - Years 2005-2011

Open the bonnet. Unscrew the two 10mm bolts that secure the upper part of the front bumper laterally, allowing you to move it slightly to create space. Unscrew the bolt (also 10mm) that secures the rear of the headlight, then inside the bonnet, remove the bolt and clip located under the headlight, in the wheel arch. Remove the cover of the wheel arch and then detach the bumper. At this point, you can remove the affected headlight, as it is only held by the connectors: disconnect them. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
