Replacement of the Right Front Headlight

Model: Mercedes Classe M W163 - Years 1997-2005
Part: Headlight

This is a quick and easy procedure. Lift the car's bonnet and unclip the hook fasteners on the right side of the headlight. By applying gentle leverage and being careful not to break it, you will release a plastic clip covering the two bolts underneath the headlight that hold it in place. Remove both bolts behind the plastic clip and the bolt above the headlight, unclip another hook from the car's body, and now the headlight is only connected by the bulb wires. Disconnect the wires from their respective terminals, take the new headlight, and replace it by retracing the steps in reverse.
