How to disassemble the heating radiator of the Mercedes C-Class cabin

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

In this guide we will see step by step instructions on how to disassemble and replace the heater radiator of the Mercedes C-Class. First, we get on board the cabin and start removing all the covers of the central tunnel, unscrewing the fixing screws found underneath; then we remove the radio and the air conditioning controls, disconnecting all the wiring on the back, as shown in the video. At this point we remove the instrument panel and the glove compartment, then disassemble the entire dashboard; we then separate the heating matrix, replacing the radiator with the new one!
