In this guide, we will go over the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the EGR valve on the Mercedes GL 350. First, let's open the vehicle's hood and begin by removing the plastic cover located at the top; the EGR valve is actually positioned at the rear of the engine compartment, as shown in the video. At this point, let's unscrew the fastening screws of the valve and its electrical connector, then disconnect the connector and the pressure pipe to remove it; we can either clean it or directly replace it, reassembling the EGR valve and starting the engine!
