Mercedes Vito - Video tutorial

Model: Mercedes Vito W639, MK 2 - Years 2003-2013
Part: Valve
Operation: How do you replace the EGR valve on the Mercedes Vito?

In order to replace the EGR valve on the Mercedes Vito, you need to go and open the bonnet, so that you can access the components located inside the engine compartment: on the left side of the latter it will be possible to identify the EGR valve, between the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold. This can now be removed by unscrewing the fixing screws and disconnecting all the connectors relating to the sensors mounted on it: once the valve has been completely released, it will be possible to insert a new spare part and assemble all the removed parts.
