Let's see how to replace the MAF sensor on a Mercedes E-Class W211: in the video, it is replaced due to error codes P0102 and P0112. Remove the engine cover: the MAF sensor is located in the intake duct, just after the air filter. The connector has two clips that need to be released. Using a flat screwdriver, detach the plastic bracket that secures the sensor; set it aside for the new one. Towards the back, there is a locking tab: press it and check the condition of the gasket at the bottom. Use a cleaner to remove any debris from the housing. For online purchase, be sure to check the compatibility of the part using the VIN. Once done, observe the arrow on the sensor that indicates the airflow (it must point in the correct direction). Insert it and push until it clicks into place. Reattach the bracket, connect the connector, and reposition the engine cover.
