How to Locate the Fuse Boxes in a Mercedes A-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe A W168 - Years 1997-2004

In the Mercedes A-Class, the fuse boxes are located inside the cabin and partly in the instrument panel area. The main fuse box is found under the dashboard on the passenger side, near the front pedal: lift the cover under the panel and remove the protection to access the fuses. There is also a second additional fuse box located on the side of the dashboard, near the headlight switch, accessible by opening the driver’s door and removing the cover. This side box generally contains fuses related to the exterior lighting.
