Today, let's go over the main instructions for removing the front headrest from the Mercedes E-Class. In this case, the disassembly is done with the seat removed; first, remove the rear cover to access the inside of the seat, then disengage the mechanism to pull the headrest upward, as shown in the video.

At this point, perform the repair or replacement of the headrest, securing it properly to the seat; then reinstall the plastic rear cover, and reattach the seat inside the cabin.
