How to remove the central lock (right side) on a Mercedes E-Class? Before starting, disconnect the battery terminals in the engine compartment. With a lever we remove the covering placed near the handle; unscrew the screws placed in it with the screwdriver (if present). We peel off the plastic at the corner of the window above the door panel; we detach the clamping clips of the same, we disconnect the power windows terminals. Remove the panel and pry it off the door. We remove the adhesive protective coating placed above the door sheet and unscrew the centralized lock with all the attached pieces.
